Please read this first: everything in Horosigns — horoscopes, zodiac personality profiles, compatibility results, palm readings and articles — is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not a prediction of real events and it is not professional advice of any kind. Never make a medical, legal, financial or relationship decision on the basis of what this app tells you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DSVN Ltd ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Horosigns mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.

1. Entertainment only — not professional advice

Astrology, horoscopes and palmistry are not sciences. The App's content is generated from the zodiac sign you select and from general astrological tradition. It is not personalised to you, it is not based on your individual circumstances, and it makes no claim of accuracy or predictive power.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment or relationship advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before making a decision in any of these areas.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not rely on this App.

The compatibility feature compares two zodiac signs against a fixed reference table. It says nothing about any actual person and must not be used to judge, exclude or make decisions about anyone. The palm reading feature is a questionnaire whose result is drawn from traditional palmistry writings; it is not a health assessment of any kind.

2. Who may use the App

The App is intended for a general audience and for users aged 13 or over, or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You must not use the App where doing so would breach the law that applies to you.

3. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private and non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not transfer any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Advertising

The App is free to download and use, and is funded by advertising. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads are shown, we do not endorse advertisers or the products they promote, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.

Some parts of the App display a full-screen ad before a result is shown. This is part of how the App is provided free of charge.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App, its design, artwork, zodiac illustrations, text, and the arrangement of its content are owned by DSVN Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Some articles and editorial content shown in the App originate from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners. They are provided for your personal reading within the App.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission, except for the ordinary personal use the App is designed for — for example sharing a single result with a friend using the App's own sharing function.

The App may link to websites and services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their terms and privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own risk.

8. Availability and changes to the App

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes and the article feed are loaded from our servers and require an internet connection. Zodiac profiles, compatibility and palm reading work without a connection.

We do not guarantee that the App or its content will always be available, uninterrupted or free of error. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, content or the App as a whole at any time, with or without notice. We may also stop supporting older versions of the App.

How the App handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that its content is accurate, complete, reliable or truthful, or that any outcome described in a horoscope, compatibility result or palm reading will occur.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and you may have additional rights under consumer protection law that these Terms do not affect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — nor for any decision you take, or refrain from taking, in reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the App, which for the free version is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives you such a right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material we will make it prominent in the App or in the release notes on Google Play. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
